Encounter

Silent in beauty of summer lushness
Enchanted I stand, thankful
In cool leaf stillness,
You watch me as I gaze, your beauty tranfixes.
I give thanks for the blessings you bring,
Such soul cheer, your bright eyed gladness,
Your song beauty entrances, time slows, stills,
Heart full silent praises sharing.
Life love, renews hope, as you slip prefect winged, the green bounds of shrubbery.
Back to your secrets, I search for your song,
I looked on your beauty, you unafraid in my stillness.
Holding of breath, that this moment might not be broken,
Rejoicing our meeting, shared gaze,
Reluctant I return to the mundane,
Brightened in our meeting.
