Song Moments

Slowly shadows lengthen,
Dusk mellows hard edges,
A space to pause, in stillness,
Gloom becomes the safe space,
Listen carefully, to song moments,
Calming, as haste is subdued,
Sweet voices from shrubbery,
Lift the mood, in chill evening.
Springtime augmented in joy,
The beauty of song moments,
Graces ring deepening shadows,
With crafted brightness shrill,
Take time to rejoice in each phrase,
Memory made always sweet,
Song moments remain hope filled.
